The software does have some useful features, but the setup and follow-up weren’t explained properly, which caused me a lot of headaches. I had to reach out multiple times to get issues sorted, and in the end, I felt disappointed and out of pocket. I’d suggest really looking into whether this software is the right option before committing.

Wow I can't believe all this functionality exists in one piece of software! I was getting so sick of copying pasting details and dates in between multiple systems, but LANA does it all in one spot. We're actually following up with customers more regularly because it's so much easier and that translates to more sales. What a gold mine!
