AI Receptionist Service – Terms and Conditions

Overview

By subscribing to our LANA AI Receptionist Service (“Service”), you agree to the following terms regarding usage, billing, and fair-use policies. The Service is designed to assist businesses in handling inbound calls, scheduling, and automated communications. It operates on a subscription basis with per-use charges applicable when usage exceeds the allocated fair-use limit.

1. Service Subscription and Fair-Use Policy

1.1. The AI Receptionist Service is provided on a subscription basis with a set monthly fee, which includes a predetermined amount of call minutes, SMS messages, and AI-assisted interactions (“Fair Use Allocation”).
1.2. The Fair Use Allocation is designed to accommodate standard business usage. Any usage beyond this allocation will be subject to additional per-use charges as outlined in our pricing structure.

2. Additional Usage Charges

2.1. If a customer exceeds their Fair Use Allocation within any given billing period, the excess usage will be billed based on the current per-use rates applicable to calls, SMS messages, and other automated interactions.
2.2. The per-use rates will be clearly stated in the customer’s subscription plan and are subject to change with prior notice.
2.3. Excess usage charges will be automatically applied to the customer’s next billing cycle and are non-refundable.

3. Billing and Payment

3.1. Customers will receive an itemized invoice detailing any overage charges incurred beyond the Fair Use Allocation.
3.2. All payments must be made in accordance with the agreed billing cycle and payment terms. Failure to make timely payments may result in service suspension or termination.
3.3. Customers authorize Mink Send Pty Ltd to charge the payment method on file for any incurred overage charges.

4. Service Modifications and Adjustments

4.1. We reserve the right to adjust the Fair Use Allocation or per-use rates with prior notice to customers.
4.2. Customers may modify their subscription plan to accommodate increased usage by upgrading their Fair Use Allocation.

5. Termination and Cancellation

5.1. Customers may cancel their subscription with 30 days’ notice before the next billing cycle. Any accrued overage charges must be settled before cancellation is finalized.
5.2. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate the Service for non-payment or misuse of the AI Receptionist Service.

6. Liability and Disclaimers

6.1. Mink Send Pty Ltd will not be liable for any missed communications, incorrect message transcriptions, or delays caused by the AI Receptionist Service.
6.2. The Service is provided “as-is,” and we do not guarantee uninterrupted operation or accuracy in all cases.
6.3. Customers are responsible for ensuring their use of the Service aligns with local data protection and privacy regulations.

7. Agreement to Terms

By using the LANA AI Receptionist Service, you acknowledge and agree to these terms. Continued use of the Service constitutes acceptance of any updates or modifications to these terms.
